We are here to Inspire you to move forward! This is a place that you can bring your life experiences and process your story with someone who is here to listen, understand and to help you and or parts of your family to move ahead. I look at the world from a Christian worldview, but that does not mean that in any way I would force my beliefs on you.

Life is all about relationships, both externally and internally. Along the way, most of us have experienced traumas, either within the family unit we were raised in and/or other areas such as school, friend, church, romance and work environments.

Life is stressful, as I probably do not need to point out, but we all, if we are honest with ourselves, are addicted to something (food, sex, shopping, gambling, porn, alcohol, drugs, people). We have all we need within us to manage our lives, but these parts appear to help us numb our pain instead of understanding ourselves and how thoughts, emotions and behavior developed and are no longer working well.
